Refund Policy

We want you to love your Atelier watch case. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us atatelier@ateliercase.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
